Esther Rauch passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at White Rock, BC. She was born on April 19, 1924 in Waskatenau, Alberta. During World War II, she lived in Vancouver, BC, with the Black family on Marine Drive and worked in a plywood factory.

Winifred Mary Drever (nee Strande)

Winifred Mary was the youngest of five children born to Sven and Nancy Strande. She was born on May 12th, 1924 at the homestead, the same as her four older siblings were.
