Instead he brought it down to the more petty argument over the hospital. Skillful 'politicians' will do this - answer the wrong part of the question or ignore the question altogether. Leading the listeners down an easier and less controversial path. The hospital is useless if the Cypress health Region Board will not promise to staff, maintain and properly and fairly administrate it.
