WEST ALLIS, WISCONSIN (TheBadgerCA) – A cloud of confusion has formed over the presidential hopeful as the Republican party still awaits a statement from their leader as to who is to blame for the arrival of Hurricane Sandy.

“We need to know,” said Ellen St. Louis, a Republican rally attendee.  “It’s been five days now, and I still don’t know whether we’re supposed to blame gays or the abortionists.  I mean, this is our next president we’re talking about here.  These are the things we as Americans care about.”

Bryan Toller, a Romney strategist issued the following statement.  “We feel for those in New York and New Jersey trying to get their lives together following this immense tragedy.  You are in our thoughts and prayers.  At this time, we do not know whether the Pro-Lifers or the Homosexual community is to blame for this disaster.  We are currently looking into this and will make a statement as soon as we have conclusive evidence either way.”

Romney himself was unavailable for comment.
