Every year, around this time, I am overcome. Restless with spring fever, boredom, a sense of passing time and mortality – whatever it is, it’s unique to Saskatchewan.

There seems to be a lot of questions popping up about health care in the southwest region of the province.
Some of you may not like what I’m fixing to say this week, but I can deal with that.
